X-Women

Mon and Wed 9am classes

Cost $500 for full 10 week programme (pay in advance)

Cost $25per class/ 60min group lesson.

Two classes weekly.

Personal Training

We have two qualified personal trainers and healthy lifestyle coaches specialising in different areas and providing unique services for your needs. We understand that everybody is different and we’ll take into consideration your personal situation. If you require additional services from other health professionals, we will point you in the direction of another qualified professional.

We listen to you and will guide you in the way that suits you best, employing the latest methods in training, nutrition, and making your training more enjoyable – all to get you better results.

Your goals may be general fitness or specific - weight management, body fat reduction and toning, ante and post-natal training, stress management, flexibility, mobility and more.

A once a week workout, customised to your needs and goals.

Start to achieve your goals quicker, and improve your fitness greatly, by coming along regularly twice a week. You know you don’t have the motivation or all the equipment to simply do the workouts at home.

For optimal training, visiting three times a week on a regular basis, will strengthen your muscles and increase your fitness to keep your body is premium shape.

X-Training

Boxing

Offered in a one-to-one or two-to-one personal training session.

60 minutes of cardio and toning workout with boxing, bag work, skipping, technique, medicine balls and body weight exercises.

Nutrition Consultation

Nutrition advice and guidelines for a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Tailor made personal nutrition programmes for people needing a kick start, weight management, active/busy people, people who travel and athletes.
